Account information: email, authentication metadata, and membership status managed through Supabase.

Usage information: prompts, feature interactions, and generated outputs used to improve prompt quality and system reliability.

Device & log data: IP address, browser type, timezone, and diagnostic logs captured through our hosting providers for security and debugging.

3. How we use data

Provide and maintain core functionality, including authentication, chat history, and membership billing.

Monitor abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect the platform against misuse.

Improve suggestions, templates, and product UX by analyzing aggregated usage trends.

4. Sharing & storage

We rely on trusted processors (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe) to host infrastructure and manage billing. Each provider maintains industry-standard compliance certifications.

Content generated in viral.ai stays within your workspace unless you explicitly share or export it. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit.

5. Your controls

Access & updates: manage profile and membership details in the app or by contacting admin@viral-ai.xyz.

Deletion: request account removal anytime via the in-app delete option or email. We’ll confirm and remove stored chats within 7 business days.

Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications directly in any email footer.

6. Children’s privacy

viral.ai is not intended for people under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Updates

We may revise this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of viral.ai after changes constitutes acceptance.
